Oswego State cancels Wednesday afternoon, night classes

Oswego State has cancelled all afternoon and evening classes for Wednesday Feb. 26, due to weather. This applies to all classes on the main and Phoenix Center campuses that start at or after 12 p.m.

Per the school’s Twitter account, classes starting before 12 p.m. (10:20 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. blocks) are at the professor’s discretion.

Update (12:30 p.m.):

The school announced in a campus wide email that both the men’s hockey SUNYAC quarterfinal and the Acting Company performance of “Hamlet” will take place as scheduled. Career Services’ Etiquette Dinner has been cancelled.

Update (2:30 p.m.): 

A travel advisory in the City of Oswego has been issued by the Mayor’s Office. The advisory calls for no unnecessary travel on city streets and no parking on city streets between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. The advisory is in effect until further notice.
