Future depends on Romney presidency

The office of the President of the United States is the highest position a citizen can hold. It is a position that represents the people of the U.S. to all other countries and nations worldwide. The position has always been that of respect, honor and admiration.

The person who is elected to this honorable position is responsible to uphold and protect the Constitution of the United States and its people. It has always been so, until this administration.

Never in the history of the United States has a sitting president brought such shame and dishonor to the office as President Obama. We have had problematic presidents in the past such as Carter, Nixon, Clinton and at times both Bushs, however none can compare to Obama.

In 2008, Obama exploded onto the presidential scene, bringing with him promises of a new tomorrow filled with hope and change. He was placed on a pedestal by the media and was hailed as a savior. Obama was going to rid our nation and the world of racism and hatred.

It was easy to get caught up in all the glitz and glamour of the campaign. Obama was virtually a blank slate, which the progressive left, with help from the media, molded into something larger than life. His rhetoric consisted of slogans that lacked specificity and were left to individual interpretation. It was the Barnum effect.

We can see that his policies and his leadership have been a disaster. You can only blame President Bush for just so long. The Obama presidency has been an utter failure; however, what makes it the most despicable is the lack of moral character this administration has shown.

President Obama and his minions have made a mockery of the office of presidency with his fundraising antics, raffles and a gift registry in which he expected you to forgo a wedding, anniversary or graduation present for his re-election. Then there was the “Yard Sale for Obama,” and, well, that was just ridiculous.

The Obama campaign has sunk to an all time low with their recent campaign ads. It was the Obama regime that started the so-called “war on women” in which they claimed the Republican’s and Romney were going to take away women’s rights. How ironic it is when you compare it to recent campaign ads.

Apparently President Obama and his administration believe that women only care about free birth control and abortions. This became obvious when Lena Dunham, the creator of the HBO series “Girls,” released a video using the analogy that voting for Obama is like losing your virginity.

In the video, Dunham says, “Your first time shouldn’t be with just anybody, you want to do it with a great guy. Someone who really cares about and understands women; a guy who cares whether you get health insurance and specifically whether you get birth control.”

What do you expect from a man who refers to himself as “eye candy?” This ad is disgusting, however another ad for Obama, this one produced by Michael Moore and Moveon.org, has surfaced and is even more disturbing. The ad features residents in a nursing home describing what they will do if Romney is elected president. The video shows an old woman saying that she will burn the “mother f***er down.” Another old woman proclaims, “if the Republicans steal this election, I am going to track down Mitt Romney and give him the world’s biggest cock-punch…What’s the matter sonny, ain’t you never heard that phrase, cock-punch?” she adds. “Right in the nutsack.”

I bet if she said that about Obama, there would be a band of Secret Service personnel ready to arrest her. This is wrong on a number of levels, not to mention that it is difficult to watch senior citizens talking like truck drivers.

Then there are the commercials that exploit children. They have now resorted to having cute children sing about an apocalyptic America if Romney wins. They are using guilt and shame in order to get their parents to vote Obama.

Obama has shown that he is not trustable.

The lies during the debates, as well as during his presidency and campaign, were frequent and could be fact checked easily. The Benghazi cover-up was a huge lie that Obama and his administration told not only to the American people but to the U.N. and the world. He had no problem lying to the families that lost love ones, due to his command to stand down while he watched them die on streaming video.

Then there are the off-mic moments such as when he told the then Russian President Dmitri Medvedev to relay a message to Vladimir Putin that he will have more flexibility when he is re-elected. He also told the French president Nicolas Sarkozy that he didn’t like having to deal with Benjamin Netanyahu, current Prime Minister of Israel. Don’t forget that he called the Fort Hood shooting a work place an incident, not the truth in that it was a terrorist attack.

Vote for Mitt Romney on Nov. 6, our future may depend upon it.
