The women’s tennis team arrived on Aug. 24, ready to prepare for their season and to improve upon last year’s performance.  All 11 players, five more than were on last year’s team, arrived in Oswego ready to start practicing early, because the season’s first match fell on Sept. 3.  Because of the harsh Oswego winters, the season’s 10 matches are squeezed into a six-week period, leaving little time for preseason preparation.
