The Oswego State community is mourning the death of former Oswego State men’s hockey coach Herb Hammond, who died on July 23 at the age of 69 after a long struggle with cancer. Hammond’s last moments were spent surrounded by friends and family at his home in Fort Gratiot, Mich.
