Caitlin Shevlin, 19, was issued an appearance ticket at 4:21 on April 13 on Iroquois Trail.
Shevlin was charged with one count motor vehicle violation: registration suspended and one count aggravated unlicensed operation vehicle in the third degree. Her arraignment date is April 26.
