Zachary Longobardi, 21, was issued an appearance ticket on April 13 at 2:45 a.m. on Sweet Road.
Longobardi was charged with one count of aggravated unlicensed operation vehicle in the third degree and one count of traffic device violation: red. His arraignment date is May 10.
